We are just getting started
Everything in MyFitsy today is version one. It already works, and it is still the smallest this thing will ever be.
The gap we are closing
Somewhere right now, someone is about to quit. Not because they are lazy — because they are guessing. Wrong programme, no feedback, six weeks of effort and nothing to show for it.
And somewhere else, a genuinely excellent coach is posting into an empty feed, wondering where the clients went.
Those two people should have found each other months ago. That is the absurdity MyFitsy exists to fix, and we are nowhere near finished fixing it.
The distance between deciding to change your body and having someone competent actually guiding you should be minutes — not a fortnight of scrolling, asking friends and hoping. A coach's reach should not stop at the edge of their city. And progress should be something you can prove, not something you squint at in a mirror.
Some of that is built. A lot of it is not. Yet.
What is coming
We are not going to list it — and that is deliberate.
Half of it would change shape before it reached you, so naming it now would only be a promise we had to walk back. The other half we would rather you simply found waiting in the app one morning.
The last time this page said that, it was keeping quiet about your body over time: the figure on Trends with every measurement on the muscle it measures, and a slider from your first measurement to today — and body goals, a target for the whole body set on the figure itself. Both are on the features page, alongside programme import, which turns a PDF, a photo or pasted text into a programme a coach can edit, the exercise library — 412 movements, each one animated — a programme the app writes for you from four questions, and rooms where a coach and several clients can talk to each other.
So: the same is true again. Keep the app installed.
How it works today
The things people ask about before they trust a platform with their training.
Coaches keep what they earn
There is no commission on your fees. MyFitsy does not sit between you and your client's money, and coaching with the app — programmes, clients, booking, messaging — costs nothing.
Search you can trust
Coaches are listed nearest first, then by what their clients thought of them. Placement is not for sale, so the top of your search results is not simply whoever spent the most.
No adverts
Body measurements and ad networks do not belong in the same room. There is no advertising in either app and no third-party trackers watching you train.
Your records are yours
Measurements, workouts and goals belong to the person who made them. Change coach, take a year off, walk away entirely — your history stays intact and yours, even if the programme it was logged on is deleted.
You can shape it
The best ideas in MyFitsy came from someone describing an ordinary bad afternoon — a client who kept forgetting their weights, a Sunday lost to rebuilding the same programme for the fifth time.
If something is missing, tell us. It goes to the people who build it.
